The sweet white and black swirled design looks great in any area. It is designed to simulate various holds to target contact finger strength, body tension core strength, and tone your upper body. Use an open-handed grip (not crimped) to prevent injury and properly hold pockets, slopes, and certain edges. Always do 15 minutes of warm ups and increase intensity until you are at full power. Reverse this process at the end of your session to prevent injury and speed up recovery. If exercises or holds are too difficult, we recommend placing one foot on a chair or having a training partner assist you.
